1. Measure the turn of the neck at the base of the neck. Measure your girth, your waist and your hips (at the widest point)

2. Measure the distance from the base of your neck to the middle of your chest, then to the base of the neck to your waist, then the base of the neck to your hips, then to the buttocks and to the base of the neck to your knees and ankles.

3. Lie on your back and bend your arm 90 degrees toward the ceiling. Measure the length from your neck to your wrist, following the curvature of the arm (always keep your arm bent toward the ceiling). Measure the circumference of your biceps taking care to flex your muscle. Finally, measure the circumference of your wrist.
